Rates

We pride ourselves on our commitment to the community. The committee and trustees will give consideration to special introductory rates for activities which are of particular benefit to the community.

 

Type of hire Price
Standard private hire for parties, events and self-employed activities. £16 per hour
Private hire for parties, events and self-employed activities by residents of Maids Moreton (see below for details) £8 per hour
Non-profit making community activities for children e.g. Brownies £4 per hour
Commercial Rate £32 per hour

Information

A resident of Maids Moreton lives at an address on or directly accessible from Main Street, Manor Park, Towcester Road, Duck Lake, Avenue Road, Foscote Road, South Hall or Church Street in Maids Moreton.

Your hire includes heating, kitchen, tables, chairs and toilet facilities, as well as a music performance licence.

Please note that you will need to provide glasses and you will need to arrange a licence if selling alcohol.

A  booking is confirmed when the Lettings Officer has received and acknowledged your signed booking form and a £10 non-refundable deposit. Payment of the balance is due the last weekday before your hire.

Regular hire can be invoiced monthly.
